Data Sub-Processor details

This document outlines the current sub-processors engaged by Relinns Technologies Private Limited (parent company of BotPenguin) in compliance with GDPR requirements. Each sub-processor listed below may process personal data on behalf of BotPenguin customers.

  • Purpose of Processing: Hosting, storage, cloud infrastructure, and email services

  • Description: AWS provides secure cloud infrastructure for hosting applications, databases, and delivering emails.

2. MongoDB Atlas (MongoDB, Inc.)

  • Purpose of Processing: Cloud database hosting and management

  • Description: A fully managed cloud database service for storing and processing structured and unstructured data.

3. Elastic Search (Elastic N.V.)

  • Purpose of Processing: Search indexing, logging and analytics

  • Description: Provides distributed search and analytics engine to handle logs, metrics, and text search queries.

4. Redis (Redis Ltd.)

  • Purpose of Processing: In-memory data caching and real-time processing

  • Description: Used as an in-memory data store for caching, session storage, and fast data processing.

5. OpenAI, L.L.C.

  • Purpose of Processing: AI language model APIs

  • Description: Provides large language model processing for chat automation and AI agents.

6. Anthropic PBC

  • Purpose of Processing: AI model processing

  • Description: Provider of AI language models used for natural language understanding and chatbot functions.

  • Description: Provides conversational AI services through Gemini LLM APIs.
