Setup 360dialog WhatsApp
This guide explains how to integrate 360dialog as your WhatsApp partner by adding the required configuration details in the platform.
Prerequisites
Before starting the integration, ensure you have:
An approved Meta (Facebook) App
A verified Meta Business Manager
A 360dialog Partner Account - Refer the document to register your account

App Config ID
System User Token

Step 1: Collect Required Details
You will need the following information before proceeding:
Meta App Details
App ID
App Secret
App Config ID
App Config ID with Catalog Permissions
System User Token
360dialog Partner Details
360dialog Partner ID
360dialog Partner Username
360dialog Partner Password
Solution ID

Step 2: Navigate to WhatsApp Integration Settings
Log in to your Agency Panel
Go to Integrations
Search WhatsApp, Click on Connect button.

Click on Add Configuration

Step 3: Fill in WhatsApp Integration Details
Basic Configuration
Configuration Name
Enter a friendly name (e.g., 360dialog Production)
Multi-partner Solution Applicability
Select Yes
Meta App Configuration
App ID
Meta App ID
App Secret
Meta App Secret
App Config ID
App configuration ID
App Config ID with catalog permissions
Catalog-enabled App Config ID
System User Token
Generated system user access token
Partner provider
360 dilog (by default selected)

360dialog Partner Configuration
Solution ID
Provided by 360dialog
360dialog Partner ID
Your partner account ID
360dialog Partner Username
Partner login username
360dialog Partner Password
Partner login password

Step 4: Save Configuration
Double-check all entered values
Click Add Configuration
Wait for the confirmation message
Once saved successfully, your 360dialog WhatsApp integration is completed.
Step 5: Assign WhatsApp Number (Post Integration)
After successful integration:
Proceed to WhatsApp onboarding
Assign or onboard a WhatsApp number
Install the WhatsApp bot to start receiving messages

Invalid App ID or Secret
Verify Meta App credentials
Authentication failed
Check System User Token
Partner login error
Validate 360dialog username/password
Configuration not saving
Ensure all mandatory fields are filled
Important Notes
Keep all credentials secure
Do not share partner passwords publicly
Any change in Meta App or 360dialog credentials requires updating this configuration
