Overview of White-Label Partnership Plans
BotPenguin offers four white-label partnership plans: Baby, Little, King, and Emperor. Each plan comes with specific features and limitations tailored to meet varying needs. For a detailed comparison of features, please refer to our pricing page.
This document will guide you through the terminologies and functionalities associated with these plans, ensuring you can effectively utilize the Partner Panel.
Key Terminologies and Features
1. Messages
Definition: Messages represent the count of messages available for use in all platforms except WhatsApp.
Usage: When creating a plan, you assign a specific number of messages. These messages are deducted from your total message count when the plan is assigned to a customer.
2. WhatsApp Conversations
Definition: A WhatsApp conversation is a 24-hour session that begins when a message is sent between you and the customer. Within this session, unlimited messages can be exchanged, but it is considered as one conversation.
Usage: Assign a specific number of WhatsApp conversations to the plans you create. These conversations are deducted from your total allocation once the plan is assigned to a customer.
3. Team Members
Definition: Team members are the users that a customer can add to their account to manage chatbots and other functionalities.
Usage: Each plan allows a specific number of team members. Define this limit when creating a plan.
4. Platforms
Available Platforms: Website, Facebook, Instagram, Telegram, WhatsApp, and Microsoft Teams.
Plan-Specific Availability: Not all platforms are included in every plan. Access depends on the plan you have purchased.
5. Third-Party Integrations
Definition: Integrate BotPenguin with other third-party applications to seamlessly manage leads and enhance functionality.
Usage: Availability of third-party integrations depends on the selected plan.
6. White-Label Help Documentation
Definition: Comprehensive, branded step-by-step guides to help you and your customers understand and use the platform effectively.
Usage: Availability of the Whitelabel documentation depends on the plan you purchased.
7. White-Label APIs and Web-hooks
Definition: APIs and web-hooks tailored for your white-label panel, ensuring your branding is consistently displayed.
Plan Creation and Assignment
Create a Plan:
Define the number of messages or WhatsApp conversations.
Specify the number of team members.
Select platforms and third-party integrations.

Assign the Plan:
Once created, assign the plan to a customer.
Messages and conversations will be consumed based on customer usage.
Note: Once you create a plan and assign it to a customer, the plan cannot be edited. The features like messages, conversations, and team members will be deducted from your total allocation for the plan.
