This page contains the information about Feedback page in partners platform.

Feedback page contains all the feedback that are received from the customers while they were using the platform.

Accessing Product Feedback

1. Click on "Feedback" in the left panel in partner platform

1. In Feedback page you can see a structurized representation of feedback.

2. There are different columns in this page to categorise feedback properly. These Includes:

• Serial Number

• Customer - contains email address of the customer

• Type - contains the type and topic for feedback given by customer

• Rating - contains the rating points given by customer out 5

• Reason - contains the heading of the reason

• Detailed Reason - contains the detailed reason by customer

• Description - contains the description of customer's feedback

• Created At - contains the date and time at which feedback was given
