# Notifications

## Notification Settings

1. Open and sign into botpenguin go to hompage.
2. Scroll down and click on more to get notifications.
3. Select Notifications.

4. In General, you can see all the recieved notifications with their respective name, messasge and actions taken on them.
5. In Settings, you can customize the notifications settings.

6. Now click on User message, to edit settings for receiving notification for messages by users.

7. Here you can select for which message to get notified and where to get notified. Can toggle ON/OFF for receiving notification on desktop and mobile.
8. Now click on Live Chat Request to edit the same.

9. Here you can select where to get notified for Live chat request. Can toggle ON/OFF for receiving notification on desktop and mobile.
10. &#x20;Now click on New Leads to edit its notificaations.

11. Here you can select where to get notified for New Leads. Can toggle ON/OFF for receiving notification on desktop and mobile. Click on update to save.
