Setup Hostinger DNS Provider
This guide explains how to connect a custom domain or subdomain to your BotPenguin Agency Panel using Hostinger DNS.
Prerequisites
Before starting, ensure you have:
A domain purchased on Hostinger
Access to Hostinger hPanel
Access to BotPenguin Agency Panel
Domain mapping details from BotPenguin

Step 1: Get Domain Mapping Details from BotPenguin
Log in to the BotPenguin Agency Panel
Navigate to: Settings → White Label / Custom Domain
Copy the domain mapping details:
Target IP address (for A record) OR
Target domain (for CNAME record)

Step 2: Log in to Hostinger hPanel
Go to Hostinger Dashboard
Log in using your credentials
Select your domain
Click DNS / Nameservers
Open DNS Zone Editor

Step 3: Add DNS Record in Hostinger
You can connect BotPenguin using either a subdomain (recommended) or root domain.
Option A: Using Subdomain (Recommended)

⚠️ If an A record already exists, edit it instead of adding a new one.
Step 4: Save DNS Changes & Wait for Propagation
Click Save
Wait for DNS propagation
⏳ DNS propagation can take 5 minutes to 24 hours

Step 5: Verify Domain in BotPenguin
Go back to the BotPenguin Agency Panel
Navigate to White Label / Custom Domain
Enter your domain or subdomain
Click Verify / Save

Step 6: SSL Activation (HTTPS)
SSL is automatically enabled by BotPenguin
If SSL status shows Pending:
Wait for DNS propagation
Retry verification after some time

Important Notes
Always use Auto TTL
Do not delete unrelated DNS records
One domain can map to only one Agency Panel
DNS changes may take time to reflect globally

Once verification and SSL are complete, your BotPenguin Agency Panel will be accessible using your custom domain 🎉
