Default AI Model
The Default AI Model section allows workspace administrators to configure AI and Voice capabilities for customers.
Overview
The Default AI Model section allows workspace administrators to configure AI and Voice capabilities for customers. From here, you can select the default AI model, set usage limits, control credit purchases, manage key integrations, and enable or restrict advanced features like image scraping and voice usage.
All changes must be saved using the Update button in each section.
AI Settings
Purpose
Configure the default AI behavior for your workspace, including model selection, usage limits, and customer permissions.
Select AI Model
Description: Choose the default AI model that customers will use for their interactions.
Example:
ChatGPT
Impact: This model becomes the primary AI engine for all customer interactions unless overridden.
Default Account Limit
Description: Defines the default usage limit (credits/messages) allocated per customer account.
Example:
100
Use Case: Prevents excessive usage and helps control operational costs.
AI Configuration Options
Allow customer to purchase AI messages credit
Description: Allows customers to buy additional AI message credits when they exceed their default limit.
When Enabled:
Customers can self-serve additional AI usage
When Disabled:
Usage is strictly limited to allocated credits
Allow customer to integrate their own keys
Description: Allows customers to connect their own AI provider API keys.
Use Case:
Customers want full control over billing and AI usage
Enterprise or advanced users
Allow Image Scraping
Description: Enables AI to analyze and extract information from images.
Note: This feature may require additional permissions or higher plans.
Update (AI Settings)
Function: Saves all AI-related configuration changes.

Voice Settings
Purpose
Manage voice-based AI capabilities, including voice credits and external key integrations.
Voice Configuration
Allow customer to purchase Voice minutes credit
Description: Enables customers to purchase additional voice usage minutes.
Use Case: Ideal for voice bots, IVR systems, or call-based AI interactions.
Allow customer to integrate their own keys
Description: Allows customers to connect their own voice service provider keys.

Expand / Collapse Controls
Each section (AI Settings, Voice Settings) can be expanded or collapsed using the arrow icon.
Helps keep the interface clean and focused.
Best Practices
Set conservative default limits to prevent abuse.
Enable purchase credits to reduce support dependency.
Allow custom keys only for trusted or enterprise customers.
Enable image scraping only if required, as it may increase resource usage.
