After you sign in using the authorised credentials. This is the home screen of White label Agency Panel. A Panel consisting of different sections is available on the left side of the screen which can be expanded and minimised.
Click on "My Account" inside the left panel. Which will take you to My Account page where you can manage your brand profile.
Under "Account", you can setup your brand details, this includes "Brand Name". You can enter your brand name by just clicking on the box.
Under "Account", you can setup your brand details, this includes "Brand Website URL". You can enter your brand website by just clicking on the box and pasting the link or by typing.
To change or add your Brand Logo click on the "Square Brand Logo" and a pop up window will be opened from where you can select your logo from your system. Similar for "Rectangle Brand Logo".
Under "Account", you can setup your brand details, this includes "Chat Bot Brand Name". You can enter your Chat Bot Brand Name by just clicking on the box and typing in the same.
Under "Account", you can setup your Agency Details, this includes "Agency Name". You can enter your Agency Name by just clicking on the box and typing in the same.
Similarly you can add your "Agency Phone Number". You can select the country registered for your phone number and add your number accordingly.
Also you can add "Agency Email Id" by clicking on the change button.
This will open a pop up where you can enter your agency email id.
You can select your language by clicking on the "Select Language" box. All the available options will be shown which can be used. You can also search for the same.
Under "Account", you can setup your Contact Person Details, this includes "Contact Name", "Contact Person Phone Number" and "Email Id".
After setting up the account section and entering the details, click on "Update Details" button to save the changes added.
Now, click on "Password" under My Account to setup or change your password security. This will help you protect your account.
Finally, click on "Access Token" under My Account to generate your access token for using platform's API's. You can click on copy button to copy the token. And also click on Revoke API Token and Regenerate a new access token.
This includes all the required steps to setup and manage your white label panel.
