This page contains the step by step information for setting up plans for your customers

The Plans section in the Partner Panel allows you to create and manage plans for the customers of your agency. Below is a detailed guide to help you configure this section.

Creating a New Plan

To create a new plan:

  1. Navigate to the Plans section.

  2. Click on the Create Plan button (refer to the screenshot for guidance).

  3. You will be taken through five subsections:

    • Plan Basics

    • Features

    • Integrations

    • Feature Restrictions

    • Review Plan

Section-wise Breakdown

1. Plan Basics

This section defines the foundational details of your plan.

  • Plan Name: Enter an internal name for the plan (e.g., Plan 1).

  • Display Plan Name: Specify the name displayed to customers on the pricing page (e.g., King Plan).

  • Pricing:

    • Set the monthly price (e.g., ₹1200).

    • Set the yearly price (e.g., ₹10,000).

    • If taxes are applicable, tick the checkbox provided.

2. Features

In this section, define the features included in the plan.

  • Platform Availability: Toggle on the platforms you wish to include in the plan. Options include:

    • Website

    • Instagram

    • Facebook

    • Telegram

    • WhatsApp

    • Microsoft Teams

  • Feature Availability: Toggle features on or off to include them in the plan.


3. Integrations

This section allows you to select integrations for the plan.

  • Toggle on the integrations you want to enable. These could include CRM tools, analytics platforms, or other third-party applications.


4. Feature Restrictions

Set limitations for the plan’s features.

  • Messages: Specify the maximum number of messages allowed.

  • WhatsApp Conversations: Enter the number of conversations permitted for WhatsApp.

  • Team Members: Define the number of members allowed in this plan.

  • Maximum Integrations: Set the total number of integrations you want to avail in that plan.

  • Total Bots: Specify the total number of bots offered in the plan. Allocate bots to platforms such that the sum equals the total number of bots allowed. For example:

    • 2 bots for Website

    • 2 bots for WhatsApp

    • 1 bot for Microsoft Teams

    • 3 bots for Telegram

    • 2 bots for Facebook

    • Total = 10 bots

  • Retention Period: Set the retention period for chats in the inbox (e.g., 30 days).That means the chats with the user will be retained for 30 days and after that it will be automatically deleted.

5. Review Plan

This is the final step where you can preview the plan you have created.

  • Plan Summary: Review the details, including plan name, pricing, and features.

  • Pricing Details: Ensure the monthly and yearly pricing is accurate.

  • Feature Overview: Verify the enabled features and restrictions as per the plan’s configuration.

Once you have reviewed the plan, save it, and it will be available for use by your agency customers.
